No, it's not yet that's far more polite than I'd be to the financial regulator here if they were publicly mouthing off about fraudulent books and launching investigations into my company without actually doing anything like, say, launching an investigation and then they asked me if I wanted to comment on it. Although the underlying theme would still be "put your cards on the table or fuck off".

Mind you, the FR would be too professional and too smart for anything of the sort.
