just so everyone is clear, in the MH interview he stated that although he is interested in Parker and Bellamy, since the initial offer was rejected however he hasnt been in negotiations with westham since. He also said we MAY have to come back to this.
so it sounds like hughes has some alternatives in store and we will only pay for these two if it comes down to it.

i called the thread for all the anti bellemy, i for one would like bellemy here, not sure about parker... i posted this because im sick of everyone calling bellemy and moaning because they dont want him, he runs his fucking head off... anyway if it wasnt for abu dhabi we truly would be in the kak so im pretty gratefull whoever we get as if hughes thinks it will stregnthen the squad it probably will...

I dont want someone to run their heads off I want a striker who can score goals. Check his scoring record before swearing your undying love for him.

Since July 05 (when he joined Blackburn) he's played 98 games and scored 29 goals...therefore has a goals to games ratio of a goal every 3.3 games. That isn't a great record for a striker in my book...so maybe one of the posters above is correct re him running his head off. I suppose it makes a change to trying to knock a teammates' head off with a golf club ...which happened a few years ago.
