For those going down tomorrow queueing.

I was going to make this post in the thread, but it may get tangled up and not alot will see it. so i thought i would put it here.

If your one of the ones who will be going down and queueing in the morning, i seriously suggest you get there at about 2am.

I went down today getting some tickets for others and a friend, got there at 2.10am, by the time it got to 3.30am it was getting busy.

chance it on the phone if your 50/50 about it but nothing beats the satisfaction of being at the front knowing you'll get a ticket regardless of the 6 hour wait. if you want a ticket that bad go very early. it's worth the wait.

Hopefully city will put out some good info such as - tickets are likely to sell out on friday!! (or when ever). They did this on the last day of sales for semi by saying 'tickets are likely to sell out'. Each time theres been a loyalty point change, ticket office has been swamped - just like today. But come the mid afternoon, no problems. Hopefully if there are enough tiks left for tomorrow, it is madness queuing at 2am!! Today was always going to be busy due to CDS being able to purchase.

At the window we asked this for a friend, and he said that people will be here around 5 or 6, and that getting there at 4 should guarantee a ticket. How ITK he was I don't know however.

i would say he has it right, anyone going later on in the day may struggle

A limited number of tickets for the FA Cup Final sponsored by E.ON against Stoke City on Saturday 14 May, will continue to be sold, subject to availability, from 9am on Wednesday 4 May.

Should any tickets remain after close of business on Wednesday 4 May, further selling criteria will be announced on the club website.
