Both Nazio's home and away kit clashed with Inter's home kit I guess is the reason.

The white kit with the red cross Inter are wearing is their special kit actually. They wore it their last game too so I'm guessing they're commemorating something. Their this season's away kit is actually a bit different, although it's also white. The one they're wearing was their 07/08 away kit. Lazio's home kit wouldn't have really clashed with Inter's home.
