Foreign born players

With De Bruyne now in house, we have 18 foreign born first team players over the age of 21 - we can only have 17. So who is going out on loan or being sold?

My bet is Zuculini or maybe Fernando.

I've seen it being talked about, but the article I read seemed to think that Palermo were still considering the deal. Any updates? Italian window closing soon...
