Former Referees's pretty shocking claim (Aguero related)

They can't even be bothered to give the appearance of neutrality. Gill's position demonstrates that but nobody ever talks about it. Will the ref be asked how the fuck he failed to see the incident whilst looking straight at it. After all, that's the whole basis of our appeal so surely an explanation will have to be offered. And does anyone know who hears the appeal?

You list three but it can triple that for the rest news they got away with. You think Fellaini would have been charged without Huth getting banned as well? Trust me this is all at their door.

The point is that you suggested that retrospective action never affects them and I gave you 3 examples where it has. Add in Rooney swearing live on TV which got him a 2 match ban - one of which just happened to be the FA Cup semi against us - so to say it's all at their door isn't quite true is it? Don't get me wrong, the way Ferguson used to try and influence refs was an utter fucking disgrace but to suggest everything that goes against us is a "Ragspiracy" is OTT. I'm in no doubt there's a fair bit of dodgy shit going on where refs are concerned but the last time I looked us and United aren't the only 2 teams in the league and a lot of shit goes down in matches involving other teams too.

When Neville was on a yellow card and then committed a further obvious yellow, does anyone think that baconface was told to sub him quickly by "somebody"?

You can't have a Manure fan ref a Manure game but you can have a Manure Director at the top table at the FA, makes fucking perfect sense!

I agree. There are just too many people involved. Someone would have blown the whistle. Its only the Italians. The English game is beautiful and pure.
And the Leicester City players were merely remembering to take their perfectly legitimate vitamin tablets from the health spa. Which is why they are champions and no questions asked. Well, that and the cyrotherapy chamber.

This is the logic I struggle to understand. IF he was 'gonna do us' and he saw Aguero, why not just send him off there and then?

He clearly did see it and called it as a coming together, nothing more. However after the Media outrage he been told by someone higher up, it would be better if he didn't see the incident, that's why it's so fucking bent.

But he was looking straight at it? How could he not have seen it?

He saw it and decided there was nothing in it and played on. Then after the shitstorm was instructed to say he didn't see it (presumably unsighted by his PGMOL contract).

Graham Poll....."The difference at Old Trafford now is that referees arrive with the knowledge that Sir Alex Ferguson is no longer present.

"When I travelled to Old Trafford, I was well aware of the ‘Fergie factor’. If I gave a ‘soft’ decision against them or did not add enough time on, then I knew he would let me know, in no uncertain times, that I had erred.

"In the early days I must concede that probably affected me. The way I decided to cope with this was to raise my tolerance level where penalties were concerned."
Said with no shame.

Funny how we perceive things once we know it might taint ourselves. Bet when he was a young referee starting off he swore he'd never veer from his principles of fair play.
