I'm not a petty man.I'm surprised you haven't pulled up PB for his "dice was cast" faux pas in his Clattenburg thread.

If this had come out in the press on Monday, Mariner would have been under extra pressure to be more truthful about seeing the Aguero Reid incident. I guess timing is everything.
I thought they had changed the rules? I thought the referee not seeing the incident was no longer a requirement. If Sergio had been found not guilty I suppose it would not have come out. Halsey, I assume, was waiting for the decision. It does make refs look, and no doubt feel, like prats when it is obvious they have seen the incidents.
Also, if the ref on the day is being pressured why not the three refs who judge the incident post match?
Rather than pressure the refs into lying why not just change the rule? I don't see why anyone would argue against the rule change.

And so it begins the brushing it under the carpet, unless I have missed it,strange the bbc haven't had a report on this on their website seems very few are picking it up..not the above tweet but the mark Halsey comments ..
Well it is strange that a supposedly impartial organisation is not picking up on this, then again they covered up a certain j.saville for long enough ..Because the BBC are totally impartial ( except where the Rags are concerned ).
