Well I enjoyed that race yesterday. Much more exciting due to the starting strategies with the tires. Mercedes looked to have made the best decisions for their cars.

And it very much looked like Abu Dhabi all over again. Safety car, teams and drivers making last minute decisions. RB attacked minded and changing. Mercedes or Hamilton didn’t. Russell made the right call. Leave it to the drivers at such a moment.
And Hamilton is simply wank at defending. Verstappen first attempt and he was gone. So easy. For the others as well. And obviously Hamilton blames everyone and his dog. He only needed to look at his teammate. And remember the decision taking in Abu Dhabi. Simple.

Great atmosphere. I assume every driver wants this at homesoil.

Seems to me that that whoever is in p1 when a safety car is released is immediately at a disadvantage as everyone behind you simply counteracts whatever decision you make.

Mate you are absolutely right. But read the comments and unproven attacks on RB, Verstappen and the fantastic atmosphere at Zandvoort. And you understand where I’m coming from.

I've never been a big Hamilton fan really. Was happy when Rosberg got the better of him that one season. Always found him to be a bit of a whingebag - but after having a record breaking title ripped from his hands by corrupt/incompetent officials last year I'm now rooting for him every week.

They need to sort these rules out with grid penalties. Nobody had a clue what was going on yesterday.

Max qualifies second, has a five place penalty and somehow manages to start the race fourth?

I’m not a conspiracy theorist and I know those are the rules the way it shook out yesterday, but it’s not fair is it.

Same happened with Bottas a while back I recall.
