Have to say, £30m in today's market would be fantastic business. Especially when you figure we may buy Alexis this month. We could end up signing Fred and a CB and have our summer gross spend be under £100m!

I don't get this Weigl stuff at all.

I don't watch him every week but when I do, I can't figure out what it is that he's supposed to be good at. He doesn't even seem to be one of the best players in his own team when I've seen him.
Putting the ball in the right place and letting others excel. Xavi was average looked at in isolation. He's also a great passive defender, constantly blocking the most dangerous passing lanes.

Admittedly I have only seen him a handful of times but he has not done that job well when I have watched him. Against Bayern in the cup he seemed to be easily bypassed and gave the ball away far too often. Ferny is explosive on the front foot and I think Pep knows we nees a player like that in England. Busquets is quality undoubtedly but I do not think Weigl will ever get near his level and without pace you have to read the game perfectly which he still doesnt.

Fred seems more dynamic which would be preferable in England.

Can I play too! Am...Hope Fred is really bad at English, and all he can say is "Right".

Then we can call him "Right said Fred"!

I'm too sexy for my cat, too sexy for my cat. My missus is an ugly b...

He's a pivot and you know what I mean when he does those silky moves on the grass. (More!).
