I've done the same with my Joe Mercer biog - this is definitely worth a read if you want to understand about 60s/70s City and what made Mercer tick. This is the only biography of Mercer covering his entire life (and it's factual, not like that fictional account that upset the Mercer family a few years back! I'll stop there before I say too much). My Mercer biog can be downloaded here: If you got the original 1993 edition, this has significantly more text in it and carries on to discuss Mercer's legacy (since his death in 1990) and how he was treated up to his death by City. If you're just slightly interested then download it, you will enjoy it. Thanks.
