Guys this matched will be streamed by a stoke fan via veetle but to access the link you will need to register to their site. Some on here may already use or be familiar with the site and it is free.

wont give any links but if you type The Streaming Lounge in to googlw you wont go far wrong ;)

I live down south now, can't afford to go to many games and don't have Sky --in fact I won't have Sky..haha

So, I tried this liveonlinefooty.com. It's £6 for 60days. I haven't missed a game and it never breaks down, always got English coms and there's no nerves that it will get stopped by copyright issues.

Plus it's got the... Ashes and other sport stuff on ESPN...nice! and yes it's got the Stoke game.

So. I'd rather pay 10p a day and have confidence to watch my City than not.

My laptop is about 5 years old...but i have a new TV with an HDMI input.

My laptop has a DVI socket on the side...it looks like this...

So i bought a DVI to HDMI cable from Maplins....connect the laptop to TV, change the input signal on my tv, and my laptop screen appears on my TV. Only problem with this is that it doesnt carry the sound signal....so i just turn my laptop up.

I have Windows 7...so it seems to automatically detect it. When i was using XP, i had to fiddle about with settings in Control Panel

take my advice in my previous post and you will be fine, links are no visable via veetle home page you need to access through TSL

If you have a HDMI connection on your latop/pc and your tv use a pure HDMI to HMDI cable as it will send the sound over aswell.

EDIT: Make sure you plug the laptop/pc in to the tv first before you start the stream. As sometimes if you start the stream first then plug in the laptop/pc you'll just see a black box on your screen and not the video playing.
