radio stations are not allowed to broadcast carling cup commentary online or via digital broadcast...they can still do a analog commentary on the old radio though.

i guess key103 have a deal tied in with city to allow them to broadcast the commentary online....my guess is city paid for these rights as the fees involved are astronomical

Same for me, the live commentary on key 103 isn't working at all either. Really frustrating.
