You never know. Barca have been proposing all manner of swaps and deals to us since the summer.

We went balls deep for him the last time and the lad had actually picked out a house.

Wouldn't want to see him at United, Liverpool or Chelsea, that's for sure.

Barca can't do Sterling without selling De Jong.

If we aren't going to sign a striker until the summer, De Jong would make a lot more sense, as we can play Kev in the false nine and give Rodri and Bernie the rests they need.

There's no player outside of Foden that I currently enjoy watching more, so can't let myself get carried away.

They are referring to a claim in spain by Fichajes, a 3rd rate goss site, that we have made a €90m bid. Doesn't say close to from what I saw, and I would doubt it was anything more than a topical piggybacking guess.

Yep. Comparable to the amount of Youngs in the UK. Haven't seen anything in the Dutch papers about De Jong moving though.

His still so young Sterling to Barcelona loan with a must buy for 50m and we pay 75m now for me would still be a very good deal.
