Well going by the way he curled the ball in on the training in the fog vid(from behind the goal is quite impressive)

He also as akeeper thinks like his direct opponent - possibly another advantage

True, its no different than any other goalie going up for a free/corner kick.

Yep he did say that,i think he thinks it's arrogant to let him take them leaving our goal open assuming he would score it

We could have bravo in goal and eddie in front of him stepping into midfield,do away with a cb then he is always on to take a pen lol

You cant have the GK taking the keeper in games.
What happens if Ederson misses it and has to rush back to his goal from a counter attack?

Perhaps he thinks its a stupid idea, that's because it is, fine in a shoot out but not in open play.

Joe once ran the whole length of the pitch and hooked one out, plus we could leave the cb's on the line
He is mad enough,i want to see it at least once, just for amusement and piss boiling reasons

What if we are 3 up and it's in the 2nd half?

If it involves potentially giving a silly goal away I'm not in favour, I'd always advocate a keeper in a shoot out, they should be the best as they often have to place the ball very accurately, but not open play for me, and by the looks of it, most of the rest of the world, because almost none ever do.
