Is the City match televised ? - i.e outside of the UK.
In the past I have had no luck with Streams or Rivers ?. Always 'buffers' on my Laptop.
Maybe me wrappin' in cling film doesn't help.

Definitely on NBCSN and TSN3 which are your best bet. Should be plenty of 720p or better “rivers” around.
