It definitely feels like there may have been some truth to the rumors of him potentially looking for a move over the summer and Pep and Co promised him more starts/minutes... He hasn't been bad by any stretch but I can't help but feel that if Phil had performed as Alvarez has of late on the whole, he'd find himself on the bench.
