That pic doesn't look very optimistic. Here's hoping it's nothing more than a couple of weeks.

Plenty of positives with the return of Danilo and Delph to put some pressure on other players to perform.

Zinchenko is a great back up and can slot in a number of roles when required and may get some more meaningful game time.

He passing was the most assured of any player on the pitch tonight.

The depth of our squad now is the best it has been since the takeover , hardly a weak link to find.

Exciting times ahead.

Which "senior" players "performed way below their level" then ?

I'd rate them

Muric 6
Danilo 8
Stones 6
Kompany 7
Zinchenko 7
Delph 7
Sane 6
Diaz 9
Foden 8
Jesus 7
KdB 7

Delph, Kompany & De Bruyne. But again, I’m not interested in having ago at individual performances, I’ve made my point quite clear. Sané like a couple of others is often unfairly judged and singled out.

Fulham had no answer to Sané. I wouldn’t mind betting his successful dribbles were close to a record high.

when you look and pick the bones out of tonight's game we played a very good full strength fulham side and we won without any problems with our 2nd team and bench, that is how far we have come when you can coast a good premier league team, and we are picking players out for not having a good game ?????

this is how it feels to be city
this how it feels to be small
this is how it feels when we beat fulham and all we do is fucking moan
fucking moan
fucking moan
