Fulham League Cup - Post Match Thread

Hoping KDB is an impact injury. Strange to leave him on when obviously tiring

You don’t get fitter unless you push yourself harder than before. Exactly why I’m getting fatter and why he was doing a full 90 for the first time since returning

PEP: I think today @DeBruyneKev is back. The Kevin we know. He made a huge effort against Shakhtar, played a few minutes against Spurs in difficult conditions. Today he was involved in offence and defence, hopefully what happened in the last minute is not serious.
Looking closely at his reaction to Pep as he left the field it looked as though he was saying it was more a knock - knee on knee - hopefully this is true. No twist, which is significant so he should be fine.

Professional win.

Really hope Danilo can get an extended run at RB.

What I actually said was "most played well, Sane apart", I didn't say he was shite or shocking, or anything else, he can do better than that, I don't know what is wrong with saying that.

I just found it interesting/odd that you picked Sanè, when there were other senior players performing way below their level.

Not saying you do or accusing you of, but certain players seem to be judged by different standards.

It was his right knee that kept him away for long . Today’s knock was on his left foot .
Sane created 11 chances today more than all pl games(9 chances )he played so far .

He was wasteful. Had 2 excellent opportunities. Pass conversion just 85%.

Others were perhaps below standard but Sané was the worst city player on the pitch tonight.

Simple as that.
