Fulham sack manager and appoint Ranieri

Whilst the Leicester job was an incredible achievement I just don't see this move working. Is Ranieri a great defensive coach who can help stop Fulham leaking goals?

Huge job on his hands, but makes a change from hiring Allardyce, bet he thought he'd be in with a sniff

Shame, for long periods of the game with the dippers, Fulham looked the better side so he was obviously on the right track, this is modern football though, the board didn't think he could turn it around so he had to go to give the incoming manager enough games to get the team back on track..

When you think about it, had Fulham been correctly awarded their goal this weekend, this move probably wouldn't have happened. I'm not saying it wasn't inevitable but getting something off of the Liverpool match would have been enough for a stay of execution surely.

A ref cost him his job this week.

And no one will talk about it.
