When I got through (42 minutes!!) they said they couldn't cancel the ticket. Never had a problem before so is this something new?

Says on the OS that there are no returns in the LAST WEEK of sale

They were telling people it had been moved when they bought tickets, and that hey would have the wrong date on. That is why it went on sale so late.
