Is Lukaku worth 100 mill ??... sometimes you pay more for what you want.
I was talking to a red friend - inevitable I'd have a few, being from Salford - a few weeks ago about the prices paid these days for proven talent. It went off on a tangent about Lukaku, and how Chelsea are going to pay more than the fifty million he's worth to get him back, as we both thought he was overhyped.
Our next chat should be fun....
Yeah , no need to panic , relax , the club will have it all sorted out , they want to play for pep.....now where have I heard that before ?We let 3 completely finished ones leave on frees and rightly so. Just because you're panicking, doesn't mean the club is. We could randomly pick any 3 fullbacks out of any of the top 5 leagues and end up with better ones than the 3 we let go.
All this panicking over our backup RB, it's bizarre. Walker and Mendy are our first choices and they are the important ones, frankly we just need anyone with a bit of energy and the ability to stay fit to be our backups and they'd be an improvement over what we had

To be fair, he's pretty even handed, as rags go. He never wanted Jose there, same as many of their fans.
