Absolutely won’t happen. The reason being, the Premier League will regard it as their product, and therefor part of broadcasting deals. Sky etc aren’t going to implement it for the different headsets you can get, that are out of the price range, when they have already configured it up for TV broadcast, which everyone has. Heck, Sky still charge for HD channels.
On top of this, the 3pm KO rules will knock most games out of contention in anyway.
