The partnership between Galatasaray and City will begin in January. City will send players on free loans, which will help Galatasaray with their FFP problems, and the loanees will develop in Turkey. Galatasaray are waiting for a list of players Guardiola doesn't need. [Hurriyet]

There's a new rule currently being drafted by UEFA but they are waiting to see what City do before they publish the rule!

Agree with the sentiment but this is no different to any other loan(s) regardless of whether we charge them or not.
