Everyone i've ever known who has met him has said exactly that. Most who've met both Gallaghers have said that Liam is the sounder of the two! I bet everyone slagging him have never spent a single second in his company!cinnamon blue said:

He's a b-list musician that few are interested in now - if he's our number one celebrity fan then I'd keep it quiet and certainly not advertise the fact on the OS.

I'm no Oasis/Beady Eye fan, but I think the OP was going a bit too far with his comments. Like Liam or not, he's Blue to the bone and as such warrants a bit of respect from his fellow supporters, surely?

Can I just ask why you think that???? I have seen him at least a handful of home games this season.... he attended more games than the Sheikh did.... can I just ask what your views on the sheikh are?
Back on topic anyway, I'm quite happy that the club have used Liam Gallagher to promote the new kit. He's a proper blue, he's a true manc as well, in terms of clubs' "celebrity fans" he has one of the largest, if not, the largest profile, mainly due to him being a recognised world star from his days as a frontman for one of the biggest bands to have ever come out of england! Good move by City in my opinion!
