After City beat QPR In the FA Cup away 1993? 2-1 we drew Barnsley at Maine Road and won 2-0
Then came Spurs and ripped us to pieces at Maine Road despite us scoring first via Sheron
What a come down!

UEFA had tried their hardest to stop us getting to a final (robbed by decisions, hardest draws etc) and then when we got there we flopped.
Really really hard getting over that

Lyon for me in recent memory, wrongly thought it was done and then the Sterling miss and quickfire Dembele, I left that one stunned probably more so than Madrid last season as we all knew when that first one went in it was curtains (City after all)

Lyon CL quarter final defeat after winning the Prem with 100 points and the domestic quad in the previous two seasons
