Today has been quite a pleasant experience

going to a. game with no expectation to win or nerves or thought to if this will be a title decider, or a relegation 6 pointer.

Just a a day out with mates enjoyingeach others compamy and beers

Innit great not having any worries going to a match again after the last 13 years

Had this conversation at work the other day, I’m feeling strangely calm about the whole situation. I’m more looking forward to seeing how Pep and the club try and turn it around than disappointed about us probably not winning another title.

There’s clearly a few players where it’s probably time for them to move on but given what most have given us over the years, I don’t begrudge any of them or the club that we didn’t act sooner with some of them.

I get where you are coming from, the constant pressure of title races has been exhausting mentally the last few years. I wouldn't mind a third or fourth place while we're in transition.I don't like this getting dicked every week business very much though.

There’s been a few games in this run where we really should have scored a few ourselves too or have gifted the goal away rather than being outplayed.

It was only really today in the first half I felt we’ve been outplayed but then I was expecting that, and then there were a few promising signs again in the second half.

We really need a few more back to proper match fitness.

We've been outplayed numerous times this season.

I usually hope against hope that we'll get something at Anfield, then we usually do something stupid in the first 15 minutes that gets me raging.

Fully expected a complete tonking today so I was quite pleased it was only 2-0.
I' d of took 2-0 after the first 15 minutes.
sorry for the ill words earlier.
best wishes blue

Good thread.
Been completeley chilled about the past 7 games. Going to games and not knowing what is going to happen is pretty nice for once.
Always remember last year was the one, unprecedented. 4 in a row. Will never be done again
Four in a row, the domestic clean sweep, the big treble, 100 points, six out of seven titles. Yeah, we can afford a breather.
