Garage Problem

Last week I took my work van into the Manchester Citroen garage for a new fuel filter. I left the van with them and 2 days later it was ready. When I came to collect the van I noticed that the door wasn't locked. Anyway I drove off and carried on my work day. Later on I tried to lock the door but it wouldn't lock. It seems as though the garage have broken the lock on my door. I have rang them and they say that they noticed a problem with the locks when it was in. This is bullshit as there wasn't. They are saying it sounds like wear and tear (their favourite saying). From my point of view though, I left them a van that locks now it wont!

Anyone have any ideas or had a similar problem with a garage damaging a vehicle whilst in their care?

Creep onto the forecourt at about 3am, crowbar in hand, and jemmy off one of the locks on one of their vans. Only fair!
