He got a red card for being on the pitch last season as well though

Re: Gareth Barry has been charged by The FA

Ref booked Barry for Dissent so surely was dealt with at the time by the ref. A charge after is crazy.

I know we are groundbreaking in that:
FFP wasnt an issue till we came along.
4 mins injury time meant 4 mins till we came along and 4 meant 7 with the explanations to why 7 was played, and nothing has been done similar since.
Fast Track charging was brought in and we were 1st victims with Ade.

Now we are the 1st to have a player booked for dissent and also charged by the FA over it. Rooney on a yellow did alot of dissent including arm movements/waving and didnt get done for it.

Its really getting to the stage where u just say Fck it. So corrupt its untrue. But at least we gave them the fingers last season despite everything thrown at us

The difference, though, is the Prestwich_Blue doesn't believe that "the Agenda" is directed in favour or against one club in particular. This is where I agree with him.

Where I begin to disagree is when LoveCity starts posting that "the Agenda" is entirely against City and entirely in favour of United.

Walking into the lions den a bit here i know but here goes.....your all up in arms about this and saying how Rooney gets off scot free all the time, is this the same Rooney who got given a 3 game ban for swearing into a tv camera?? the only player EVER to be banned for such an 'offence' that just so happened to see him miss a certain cup semi final against a certain team? or the same Rooney who had a 3 game ban for being sent off in a pre season friendly in the amsterdam tournament, the only player in PL history to serve a ban for a pre season red card?

Bit of perspective, Rooneys had bans for things that other players dont get a mention for doing, comes with the profile, added to the fact that none of you even know what Barry actually said when he said it or to whom.

And yes i expect all the usual 'rag ****' 'fuck off' abuse that comes with being a United fan on this forum but can just 1 of you answer the above and tell me how that fits into the whole 'rooney gets off with everything' mantra?

I'm not starting with all the f**k off rag stuff. You're just arguing your point which is fine. Everytime I see Rooney play I lip read him screaming really aggressive abuse at referres which I would not get away with playing for my Sunday League team and we're given a lot of leeway. He literally never gets pulled up on it. I'm not talking a frustrated "fuck off", I'm talking an absolute barrage, calling the ref a c**t, t**t and everything under the sun. It's really aggressive and directly in the referees face. I'll reserve judgement on what Barry may or may not have said because we don't know but Rooney gets away with an unbelievable amount. It's an absolute joke.

Getting angry replies from Scum fans on twitter for suggesting eye witness fans report the Jones, Ferdinand swearing/vsign incidents to GMP. Any other clubs players would just let it go but anything that causes the slightest annoyance to United is worth pursuing.

Their replies illustrate why there might be a case for selective breeding laws.

Just because Arsenal are charging us £62 doesn't mean we should do the same.
