I think I would get another right back first.

Your right Ramos can play in all those position but cannot defend in any of them!

We have Vincent Kompany coming back peoples, a top world class defender/midfielder

We need a new right back, however, i do think zaba is a quality player

A world class defender wouldnt want to be 'competing' for a place, and i would try to get a right back over a centre back for four reasons:

1) Richards is dodgy.

2) Lescott hasnt gelled yet, give him time and he will.

3) We dont want to keep on disturbing the Centre backs cause if the bond between them isnt stable then it could turn the season int a disaster.

4) If we get another centre back in January, only 6 months after getting Lescott, then it would send out the rong message and potentioly damage team morale and the prospect of future signings, who wouldnt really want to think that they could be getting replaced every 6 months.
