He was incredibly consistent every game he played for this club, maybe never a 9/10 match winner but always 7/10 and gave everything to the cause. Allowed the footballers to shine while he did the dirty work, outstanding professional.

His ability to win free kicks when under pressure is up there with the best in the world, he was the perfect pro and deserves to have the FA cup and Prem on his honours list.
