Pretty much trots out the same lines every single time after a defeat. Missing a few key players, Girls are trying their best, couldn't ask for any more etc. etc. Never admits that maybe he could do something differently.

I think this time he's gone one step further, he is basically saying that we are a way worse team that what people think we are. If the morale of the team is low, I can't imagine what this is going to do to the girls. Not to mention the lack of ambition this shows

Damn! Those are some ridiculous statements. Just take a look at who's come in in the last couple of transfer windows and he can't say that he hasn't had the backing to replace the players he lost. He's now the longest serving manager in the WSL so has also had the time. Has he just been sat there twiddling his thumbs and hoping for the best?

Yes, the injuries have hit hard but maybe if he could manage his squad better he wouldn't have to bring in rusty (or alienated) players that haven't played in a while when they do occur.

I think the change of DoF saved him in the summer but past time he was gone now.
