The small number of rag fans who originally bought the site didn't have the capital to proceed with the development so they brought in some big hitters financially to fund it - Rat boy was one of a number of backers - some interesting members of the original rag land owners and now shareholders as well that they are trying to keep away from the public eye ....... the "Red Army General" himself is one of a couple of unsavoury characters with an investment.
