I hate to say it but the man talks sense.

Quite funny watching him getting more animated as he got frustrated explaining Clattenburgs fuck ups but to be fair to him everything he just said was spot fucking on.

Exactly mate and at the same time he wasn't defending Evans. Fergie wont be impressed.

He reminds of God but sort of better and cooler and way more amazing.

He knows about football and he talks about football and that in itself is incredible.

Sorry to rain on the circle jerk parade lads but judging by some of the posts on here, you're already wet anyway.

Not really mate, I hate every last bastard one of them. I remember being a lone voice for quite a while on here when Hughes became manager and was told to shut the fuck up on many occasions it was boring. However as much as I hate them I have a begrudging respect for those that dish it out and take it as part of the game rather than the ones that get all precious about themselves. As a pundit he's almost spot on with everything he says. I don't hear any ex City players like Quinn and Mills giving us anywhere near the respect that Neville does and at the same time telling it how it is about United.

He is a very good pundit but that's his job. Van Persie is clearly a very good player but we're not reading through page after page of worship. This thread isn't too bad but some of the previous 4 million Neville threads have been a little bit much.

I'm more than happy to dislike him in silence but people go overboard, not you, at times and talk about him as if he's like Jesus and Colin Bell but better.

Yes it's his job but one he does better than the rest alongside Souness. He could quite easily have fell in line alongside his colleagues and spew out the usual shite about the worlds greatest club but credit to him he says it as it is. I agree and would hope City fans don't go overboard with him and take every opportunity like with Keane to abuse the fucker when he's at the ground. Like I said its all part of the game to give him abuse. Great pundit but still an ex-rag bastard ;-)

Not quite mate... I was forever getting bollocked and mocked for saying just how shit he was, is and always will be.

There were a couple of other intollerants (Mike D I think was an ally).

The man is a complete and utter waste of space and I for one cant wait until next weekend when Reading will give his QPR side (who I feel sorry for) a bloody good arse whipping!!

However, whilst I hated GN when he played for them, I have to admit I totally respect him now - he really does know what he's talking about!! Better than any of the other pundits - he is totally refreshing and a great acquisition by Sky.

Fair enough Big Joe your right there probably was a few of us but at times it felt like a lone voice in the wilderness.
