Gastroenteritis

Lay in bed watching the footy, started feeling like crap just after tea. The mrs had gastroenteritis 3 days ago, she was in agony, thought I had escaped it but obviously not. :(

Any advice bar 'man up'?

if it really is gastroenteritis, and not just a tummy bug, get to the doctors

if it's just a tummy bug you can stop eating for 24 hours, if its the other you need to eat

Probably just a tummy bug then - didn't realise there was a difference. She is much better today.

it certainly was where i work in November
i'd never had it before, thought it was a tummy bug for three days then the pains in my lower stomach were getting worse and worse
eventually went to the quacks and he gave me some anti-biotics which started to take affect within 48 hours

lost half a stone in a week, kick started my diet for me!

Believe me, if it was Gastro you wouldn't be posting on here, i had it some years ago and ended up in hospital for 2 days, sound like tummy troubles, so man up you soft twat.

Lady who I get on bus with in mornings said this week that it's going through her family. She then said that she'd probably get it. I didn't like to tell her to go sit somewhere else and not next to me.
