To be fair he did back up the message by saying he actually blames their manager for continuing to pick him even after it was long apparent that he was costing them points but sadly it's no coincidence that their upturn in form towards the end of the season did start when he was dropped and they put another keeper in.

Yes, I was surprised that they would continue with someone playing poorly in a such an important position.
Pity that his form has tapered off as he seemed to be playing well at the start.
 
Rochdale would have gone down even if Ederson was in goal. A ridiculously unbalanced and wide open team who were easy on the eye going forward but who couldn’t defend Fort Knox with a tank battalion. Made Keegan’s Newcastle look like the Italy of Baresi and Maldini.
Baah’s form fell off a cliff after the mysterious City transfer confusion on deadline day and their goal scoring legend Ian Henderson was never replaced properly. Once their goals dried up and they couldn’t outscore the opposition every week they were doomed
 
Played for Ireland 1st half last night. Made one good save but hadn't too much a else to do. Makes the odd error with his distribution but doesn't appear to affect him
A good loan next season will show us how good he really is.
 
Excellent move. Gone from a club where he is under pressure saving shots every week to one with a different type of pressure. This time he is expected to keep clean sheets. Maybe City have turned shit loans into decent loans.
