33m is a low fee for him. Inter are morons if that's true.

They have done well if they get 33m for a player who averages less than 30 games a season.

Considering the cost of a replacement? They would have to put up 7m additional just to temp us into selling Tevez.

A club can't buy a player of Sneijder's quality, injuries or no, for 33m these days. Unproven youth like Pastore go for more than that. Shit, Modric will go for more than that and yes, there is a huge lovefest for him in the PL, but he is not Sneijder's class. City would at least swap quality with quality.

if true hurts me to say it but it is a fantastic deal for the rags and makes them odds on for the prem this year - Inter are potless and getting 200K a week after tax hich is what he earns is also a massive bonus as well as 33M - from memory the figure banded around for Sneijder was 35M not too long ago so 33M is more or less there -

bad day for us if true as Nasri aont a fookin patch on Sneijder

Baconface has his media bitches working overtime i see....

Just the player they need. Gutted if true.

Yep - we should have done everything to stop it

That´s it as far as the league is concerned I´m afraid unless he gets his ankle snapped off by Nige in October

Those coonts just have to have everything - it sickens me and is another nail in the coffin of a truly competitive PL. The one player who could be a new Scholes for them. Expect 25/30 yarders flying in every other game

Sorry , just how I feel - if it´s true of course

well i dont believe this is true why would all the italian papers report he is going city?.

maybe a Sanchez situation - Inter want him to go City because we offered the most - he wants Rags - player wins

Maybe the Italian press got it wrong?

The English press get it wrong on many occasions... so why should the Italian press somehow be exempt from making mistakes?

Never believe anything in the press... that way you won't be disappointed!

There's no such thing as a done deal... until it's done!

Sorry but this bit is very ironic. We're outspending 95% of the league and we want to complain about 'lack of competitiveness' because one player has turned us down for another club?

Also, the rags have had better players than Sneijder in their squad before and not won the league. Scholes of 2004 and 2005 was a comfortably better player than the current Sneijder and they didn't win the league those years. Their strengths lie elsewhere than their individual quality, we can match them for that.
