Gears of War Judgement.

I loved Gears of War 1 but 2 and 3 were terrible compared to the original imo, it just never felt the same. The first one is still the best online shooter I have played.

Judgement is out and received mixed reviews. Me and my mate played the demo for a few hours today and I loved it. It only has the game mode overrun which is a new game mode and wow! It feels just like Gears 1 but with more team play and tactics. Really enjoyed it.

Anyone got the full game? Whats it like?

Buying it on Sunday. They say the story is good but nothing special. the game is more of a multiplayer focused expansion then single player. Regardless it will be great ! + u get to hear more of the cole train!

Everyone seems to concentrate more on multiplayer these days very annoying :(

I read a review saying the story really adds to the gears franchise and there is an unlockable smaller campaign which is set in the time of gears 3

I got it yesterday, i'm a bit disappointed in the fact there is no warzone or execution mode and i believe only 4 maps are available which is a bit shit.

Only really done team death match online so need to try the other game modes. Started the campaign on hardcore, really good so far although only done an hour of it.

Nothing will beat gears of war 1 for me. That was supreme.

Tell me about it mate, nothing has matched Gears 1. How I long for flanking people at the Sniper on Gridlock. Seemed a real team based game.

Overrun is amazing if you are playing with a mate I can confirm that.

Only 4 maps that means they will be releasing more to download for about £8 I suppose. It feels a lot more like Gears 1 than any of the others imo. God Gears 2 online was wankyshit.

Haha i loved a bit of mansion myself. It was like a second home. I was off school at the time due to surgery and played it so much, i actually became pretty damn decent at it and did a competitions with some teams. This one feels most like it but like i said, the lack of maps and the 2 classic game modes ruins it for me a bit. We'll have to play some games mate.

Yeah deffo play some games when I get it. Games are so much money, will I get any good deals if I trade Blacks ops 2 in for it?

Yeah it's a shame Warzone isn't on it tbh.

I heard on youtube they are going to try and add executions into the game through an update, that would be cool. There deffo will be more maps in DLC.

Overrun on the demo is great though I rekon. Really team based and tactical.
