How do I show the BCC field (and addressees) in an email sent (Outlook 2010)?

All the online suggestions have me looking for stuff that either isn't obvious or simply isn't there, e.g.

1. Open email you sent out with BCC recepients

2. Towards the right of the Ribbon

a. Below Red Flag with "Follow Up" below it

b. to the Right of the word "Tags"

3. Click once the "Tiny square" with an arrow pointing to the lower right

4. In the "Internet Headers" box at the bottom are email addresses of everyone you BCC'd

OH NO THEY'RE NOT!

Thought the whole point of BCC was to keep the message target/cc'd people unaware other people were listening into the convo? I know it's on the options tab in the ribbon when you're writing a message or replying, I've never had to dig through though to check who'd I'd been BCCing, too much of a fan of confrontation to use it tbh.
