Remember Everton have got new investment! Koeman isn't silly he probably knows he can't do much more with Southampton, he's obviously been told just what ££££ he'll have at his disposal and feels he can take them to another level! I think as well he'll be told lukaku and stones are off and he has shed loads to spend and 100% cart blanch to build a new team!
