PSO are 'support' officers.Ah, okay.
Am I thinking of... PSOs?
Is that their name...?
PSU are coppers who like a bit of a scrap.

I'm sure they did but the sight of missiles being thrown at the police & the fact that a female officer has been seriously injured has disgusted millions of people. Add to that the idiot trying to burn the flag at the Cenotaph and, like I say, any sympathy has largely evaporated.
I would suggest that if a few missiles, a police woman falling off her horse and someone trying to burn a flag is all it takes to wash away sympathy for murder then the sympathy was shallow to non existent to begin with.

The police officer has a collapsed lung, a broken collar bone and multiple broken ribs.
A bit of a scratch and who gives a shit anyway as far as the mob are concerned? Millions of people do give a shit, though, and not about the protests.
I take it you'll never attend a football match again.

If the roles were reversed and you faced the injustices minorities face I'm sure you would be protesting too.The police officer has a collapsed lung, a broken collar bone and multiple broken ribs.

I'd say you're wrong.Outside of the usual left wing rent-a-mob I'd say any sympathy with the aims of the protests has largely disappeared.
They always confuse bodies on the street with popular support. Last year's anti Brexit matches being another prime example.

I never said he did but if you want to generalize a whole protest and dismiss reasons because of the actions of a small minority then I’d Imagine that’s ok for people to do likewise with you. So you’re a football fan - football fans are thug cunts - you’re a thug ****.How much public sympathy do you reckon that daft **** got?
Most definitely. If the roles were reversed and you faced the injustices minorities face I'm sure you would be protesting too.
It's all 'but but but'. They are constantly looking for something to justify their position.

I do love these threads for no bringing out the inner truth of people.
At the footy they could carry the goals up to the front line and swing off the crossbars.Saw it online and was sceptical but spoke to a policeman who lives nearby this morning and he says it’s true.He also said a lot of officers are unhappy about it and were questioning how this might affect policing at other parades or protests.
What’s good for the goose. So you accuse me of making a sweeping generalisation by making a sweeping generalisation?
What’s good for the goose.
If it wasn’t the pandemic or the kneeling or the statues or the protests or the looting it would be something else. It always is.Do you think it’s entirely plausible to agree with the general premise of the protest and support the aims for true equality but disagree 15,000 people marching together in the middle of a pandemic and turning violent in other areas, is a suitable response in the UK?

Most of the protesters appeared to be white, middle class Dave & Davina Spart wannabes :)
