Why do you think the Yanks set up Guantanamo - they could have done a Bin Laden on the inmates in the field and saved a bomb on orange prison jumpsuits. All reports of an ambulance packed with bombs are false. They just received a tip off that something was going to happen so called the match off. They haven't found anything but there was a plan to detonate a bomb in the stadium so I am hearing. I imagine plenty of arrests have been made.

If the concern is legitimate then the hope has to be that this is inexperienced copycats trying to mimic the Paris attack. Those involved in France had clearly planned their actions and were probably trained in what they were going to do.

And you think that human rights are respected in Guantanamo...? I wouldn't be opposed to sending them there because there is no way the CIA and the American government got their intelligence through going about things properly.
