What a load of convoluted bollocks.
What a load of convoluted bollocks.
What's your favourite Rulli memory? How time flies. He's been a great servant to the club and I, for one, will miss him.
PS - Wouldn't he be a great trivia question?
He is not ready to be out number 1 presumably. If Guardiola likes the look of Rulli why didnt we just wait until the end of the transfer window and sign him, or better still sign another GK much earlier in the window? Guardiola must half heartedly rate him to have wanted him if the other main targets failed. Or am I missing something here? If Guardiola does not fancy Caballero/Hart and he made Rulli a target, why not sign him and play him?
Or is this purely a money making scheme and he will never sign for City :o?
ThisThe purpose of this transfer is to put an ownership stamp on one of the best up and coming keepers in the world.
As a player can't be transferred twice in the same window, we have loaned him to Real Socieda.
They buy him from us at the next window but there is then a buy-back clause so we get him for some specified amount if we want him further down the line if he comes good.
I expect to see a lot more of this in the future as it will save us a fortune in the long term.
Think we will buy a new keeper this window, get rid of Caballero. Have New Keeper and Hart as GK's. Most likely new keeper (Bravo/ter Stegen) will be number one.
Then sell Hart next summer and bring Rulli as number 2.
