Gerry Creaney - your memories

Remember going to Leeds to see a rare (in those days) City away win, with Creaney scoring the winner.

If I recall correctly, Leeds had their own fat flop playing, in the shape of Tomas Brolin.
 
According to Wikipedia he became a qualified accountant and is married to film director Wilma Smith.

I’m sure I read somewhere that he was a taxi driver. Maybe he did that first. Seems to have done alright for himself.

He scored the first City goal I ever saw live in my first ever game - won 2-1 at home v Ipswich in 1994. I was chatting to the legendary Brian Horton about that game just a few weeks ago at the stadium when we played Palace! It was a rearranged game and there was some great skill by Rocky Rocastle in the build-up
