Guy is the greatest darts player to ever live. People writing him off are jealous of his success
It's easy to dislike him because of his success. But if you know what he did when he first started out and how has trned into the player that he is then you can't help but respect him. The guy is a legendBTâ„¢ said:Your first post isn't clear.AntonDonJuan said:Why??BTâ„¢ said:I hate The Power.

Just dislike him sweetie.
Well he looks like a fat bloke who throws sharp things at a board but enlighten me on what he used to do.AntonDonJuan said:It's easy to dislike him because of his success. Money.AntonDonJuan said:Bristow saw him paying in a pub and sponsored him £10k to practice and push for pro only if he repaid it.
When there was a split in the game for sponser reasons he was one of about 16/18 players who revolted against it and created the PDC and bought shares in it.
Since then he's trained for hours on end every day to get as good as he is. Every players dislikes him because he only enters the big comps and usually wins. He doesn't enter the smaller comps because they are pointless to him. He has surrended his number 1 spot because of this but he knows and everyone else does, that he is number 1.
He lost a shed load of weight and because of this lost his throwing action. He went on a slide but recovered, changed his darts and is now better than ever.
13 times World Champion, it's not to be sniffed at, and it sure as hell isn't by fluke, he has worked hard for it
Exactly, he has won so much he doesn't have to. He has only won so much through being awesomeBT™ said:Money.AntonDonJuan said:Bristow saw him paying in a pub and sponsored him £10k to practice and push for pro only if he repaid it.
