We should not be travelling to places like Stoke, playing against ten for an hour and coming away empty-handed. The only ones I exonerate today are the travelling fans. I was not one of them but that sort of performance, whatever positives might be mangled out of it, is worse than disappointing. It is one which should prompt the club to refund the ticket price.
