We park in the North car park on a match day; and it's a right ball ache trying to get out after a match. So much so, we have to leave a good 5-10 minutes before the end to stand a chance of getting home before the next chuffing lunar cycle.

Anyone else got the same problem?

I understand currently it's the omly way to do it; but the way they stop the traffic, so other blues can get to their cars, really does make it impossible to see the end of the match. If the club could come up with a way to keep traffic moving out of sport city - at the same time as allowing others to get to their cars - then i reckon there'd be more people left to see the end of the match. And God knows we need full support to the final whistle.

So I propose a PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE!

From the bottom of the walkway upto the stadium next to the tennis centre, across to the car parks.

Anyone know how hard, expensive and time consuming it would be to build? Or of any restrictions there'd be eg. planning wise?

I really would love to see the end of each game but if i want to get home and not be stuck for hours in Sport City I have to leave early :/

Assuming you have full mobility why park in a car park where 1000 (?) cars leave at the same time and complain? Bridge or not the main road is closed till pedestrians have cleared anyway. If you are able park further away and miss all the fun!

Walk another 400 Metres further, get get to wathc the whole match and even if you get stuck in traffic it is only a 5 mins delay.

Most people on there park expensive cars. There is price to pay going to footy in a posh car, get a cheap diesel for the footy.

i have the same mate but in east car park. coms is a nightmare to get away from, but there again the road network round the ground is shit

correct if im wrong but a game last 90+3 or 90+90at ot,why then would you want to watch 80 minutes every game which equates to you missing 2 full games a season if you attended every league game not including et,just to get home and put your slippers on maybe.I CANNOT OR NEVER WILL UNDERSTAND FANS WHO DO THIS!
