Does anyone on here know how to do get rid of this stupid virus thing. I've looked on the internet but there are only solutions on how to get rid of the 2009, 2008 or 2010 version. This version on XP ANTIVIRUS PRO is Unregistered and its very hard to get rid of as it is stopping me from using antimalware porgrams and antispyware programs cant find it. Can Anyone help please?

Had it got rid with "search and destroy" from above site. Run once then adjust the setting to start scan on boot up.

Thankyou all for your help, I have now got rid of the stupid virus. But I'm still wandering why I got this in the first place considering I have ESET NOD antivirus. It's all up to date and working as far as i know but doesnt seem to stop these sort of things.
It's like i dont even have a proper anti virus program. Anyone know why this is, does this program not protect from these viruses?????

It can be a woman to get rid of that one, especially in the early days. My dad has managed to get a virus that has wiped all of his drive letters from My Computer. Not pissing about with it again, it's a weekly thing with him, like having a second job.

It's a bit of ballache to get rid of it but i've had to do it for plenty of our surveyors here.

Clear your temp folder down in C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings & C:\WINDOWS\Temp.

Search and delete anything with Antiviruspro in the registry.
Start - run - 'msconfig' - startup tab ... and clear down any unknown processes that load when your machine boots.

It's a lot easier obviously if you're familiar with computers. Malwarebytes will get rid of a lot of it but not all.
