The article is brillaint. It shows that you can write 5,000 words that don't actually say anything significant ........ and still get paid. I wish I could get a job like Conns, at least he is living up to his name.
Conn moans throughout but admits neither CFG or Peps brother has broken any rules. I quoted somewhere else it is like the neighbour who buys a Ferrari and you moan and say it is wrong, when asked why it is wrong you can only reply 'well it just is, isn't it'.

I thought it was a good article.

David Conn is a journalist with a fine track record of investigations.

His conclusion is that it seems a pretty good deal for City - cheap, good club, great opportunity for young players. Further evidence of the ambition of the City owners.

In my view he is right to point out the undeniable fact that it is a very unusual turn of events to see an agent own 44% of a side in a top flight European league.

If it had been Raiola (or whatever his name is) then my guess is there would be some harsh words from people on this forum and a fair amount of media coverage.

Conn has just been on the Keys and Gray football show and regardless of what he has written he is definitely shit stirring to the point where Keys says there is something not right and Gray says it definitely has a whiff about it.
