That isn't true, it was a rash dash out for both goals.

He isn't to blame for the initial mistake and the chance creation but it is horrible goalkeeping, Bravo would have been hung drawn and quartered for it.

It made it easy for the scorer both times, stand up, make yourself big, put some doubt in the strikers' mind as you haven't sold yourself early.

He has done it multiple times this season and the ball keeps hitting the net, he is world class with his feet but he isn't a world class goalkeeper, top 3 come on now, take those blue tints off.

Yes, it was a sad decline and who really knows why?

He was a great goalkeeper for us, touching world class for 3 seasons but cracks appeared, shots low to the left, getting hyped up before games, almost manic.

That super injunction was the start of the fall and he has never really recovered, Hart should be just hitting his prime right now, not being fucked off from shite clubs like Burnley.

Conceding a goal meant more pressure on our players due to the game plan, and Tottenham will continue their game plan cause it is based on counter attack. So, it is very important for the goalkeeper to keep clean sheet in these types of games.

well maybe the rest of the team should stop giving away easy chances as well, there's a thought.

You could say what does any of our coaching staff do. Same shit for 18 months, woeful up front, keepers who can’t make a save and sideways passing

That’s not how you play as a keeper. You try to go towards the ball to make the goal as small as possible. If cancelo doesn’t get there guess what it’s a goal again. He was in no mans land and they got lucky it went through this legs. His job was to make himself as big as possible and he tried..

Do you think Schmeichel would have let it go through him ?? You go out if there's no defenders helping and guess what, he was running away from the net with Cancelo chasing him and had to shoot before he got too wide so Ederson made his mind up and didn't allow Cancelo time to get a tackle in !!

Not strictly true that though is it, coming hare arsing out sliding on the floor isn't making the goals smaller, it is presenting a huge amount of goal as a target, also coming out that fast makes it luck if you get a touch on the ball as it slides underneath you and today he was shit out of luck on both occasions.

While he is sprinting the striker now knows what he is going to do and they are rolling it under him as he throws himself into the slide.
 
i got loads of stick at the beginning of the season for saying i thought he was cack. Great with his feet but most shoots hit the back of the net
 
Same as with the defenders it’s about how good they are with their feet and in possession rather than doing the job of saving shots, defending

It seems like it to me, if it isn't it was certainly coincidental, the question remains though, why the fuck would you want to in the first place, especially knowing Dwight Yorke had fucked it.
 
He made it very easy for them to score tonight, through his legs twice. Bought the defenders no time and didnt ask much from the attackers, if he covers the goal more they have to hit a much harder shot
