Can't remember the opposition but Dennis Tueart free kick where, I think Tommy Caton, flicked the ball up and Tueart volleyed over the wall. Early 80's.

Peter Barnes sitting Pat Jennings on his arse at Maine Road when we hammered Spurs 5-0 (I think) around 1976/77...quality!

Loved that game. Spurs came in late if I remember right.

Peter Barnes was PFA Young Player of the Year after scoring in the league cup final against Newcastle.

Who remembers his speech? (Utd fans did a chant)

Apart from 13/05/2012 93:20 , Ruby Murray's last minute winner vs Dippers first home game '66/67 season. We'd just been promoted , they were then the mighty Liverpool and champions.

Loads of great memories both of the goals and seeing a lot of them some with blues no longer here.

I'd like to put in a more obscure one as the thread should perhaps be about less 'famous goals'?.

Denis Tueart scoring a second overhead kick in 2 games against Sheffield United in the match after Wembley at the old North Stand.

Paul Power - Villa Park 81. All the cars on the way home had his picture from the programme on display!

Peter Barnes ( I hope someone else remembers this ) - Think it was about 77 early on in the season at Maine Road. City had just gone one up, the opposition took the kick off and Barnes pinched the ball still inside the centre circle (as I remember it) and dribbled back through the opposition before scoring.

Andy Hinchcliffe - In the 5-1, running past the rags in the Kippax with his hand raised to remind them it was 5.

Shaun Goater scoring his 100th goal against Bacon Faces team . In the last Maine Road derby . SWEET !!!!!

Worst has to be Jamie Pillock v Qpr I still reckon he had money on us going down!
Mpenzas goal away at Newcastle is one to remember as we stared relegation in the eyes.
